2. General information on data processing
We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary for operating this website, handling inquiries, and securely providing our content. Automated decision-making or profiling does not take place.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the efficient handling of incoming inquiries. If commercial or tax-law retention obligations apply, further storage is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
We delete inquiries and the associated data as soon as processing is complete and no statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons for further storage apply.
6. Spam protection
To protect against abusive automated form submissions, we use technical protection mechanisms within the form. These are used exclusively to prevent spam and secure our system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
7. Google Maps only after active consent
Google Maps is not loaded automatically in the contact areas of this website. A connection to Google is established only when you actively load the map by clicking the button. If you use this function, personal data, in particular your IP address and technical connection data, may be transmitted to Google. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Alternatively, you can open the location via a normal external link in Google Maps without loading the map widget inside our website.
